We sat down with the crew to pick their brains on Litespeed Delivery and why Bob’s Java Hut has become a regular pit stop during a day’s shift.

My first job in Minneapolis was in the neighborhood, and I’d pop in several times a week to grab coffee before work. I was immediately taken with the motorcycle theme which reminded me of my Dad, who rides Harley’s.

I'm a Minnesota boy, born & raised here. During photography shoots, Bob's was my favorite place to stop for a quick break and to introduce people from the suburbs to some of the best of Uptown.

There's one little window-side table at Bob's Java Hut that carries a number of milestones for my husband and I. 

I didn't know my father until I was about twelve years old and the first day we reunited he brought me to a place called "Bob's Java Hut" , we sat in the first center table almost the entire day and did so everyday for almost a decade.
